What did Godzilla do when he got knocked down? HE GOT BACK UP; and @ 300lbs, (down only 3lbs from the start) that's what I aim to do! I'm making some mistakes on work trips, and it didn't help that Thanksgiving was yesterday. I definitely gave thanks....
It's tough. But we can do it!! Back to the diet tomorrow!!
