295 lbs now. A Droid X calorie counter app is helping me regulate my caloric intake. Each morning, I lay out my day and execute it. A couple main food staples include; Chiropractic Blend's Natural Green drink, which is packed with all kinds of greens, and the Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken in it's new microwaveable steam bag.

296 now!! I can't call myself a full fledged vegetarian because I'm still having sparse amounts of meat and dairy based products. (eliminated anything cheese, can't give up skim milk) Lots of salads and a great organic bar called a "Jay Robb" bar. I wish there was a "whole foods market" in our area, as they do have the ultimate salad bar.

Here we go again! It's been a few months since I posted anything but I recently had a revelation. Maybe my anti-aging wife is on to something with the holistic vegan approach to dieting. Been hovering over 300 for months and finally SPIKED below 300 by following a vegetarian diet. Not declaring myself vegan yet but after a couple days of no meat or dairy I've discovered that a plant based diet may be the right route for me.

Back on the horse.


Embarking on the most popular of New Year's resolutions; a rededication to this diet. I take solace in the fact that I made it through the holiday season without gaining a single pound. Still @ 303lbs.
