
This is much tougher than I thought it was going to be. Seems like what I would consider a small mistake, results in a big penalty. Not gaining weight, but not losing either. Needing to steer clear of all the "starchies", breads, pastas, rice, (mistake @ Chipotle) and increase water intake. Here's the plan for 2'morrow; breakfast: Chiropractic Blend (green drink) with 2oz of MonaVie pulse, and a 2 egg sandwich on an Arnold mulit-grain bun. Lunch: Kashi almond bar. Dinner: something to get me to 40 WW pts for the day, and that's it!
