Caldwell Esselstyn co-stars with T. Colin Campbell in the movie, "Forks Over Knives". It's the #1 documentary on Amazon, 2+ years running. Among the many benefits, I'm most intrigued with the evidence that plaque builup on the arterial walls, is reversable.
