
Here we go again! It's been a few months since I posted anything but I recently had a revelation. Maybe my anti-aging wife is on to something with the holistic vegan approach to dieting. Been hovering over 300 for months and finally SPIKED below 300 by following a vegetarian diet. Not declaring myself vegan yet but after a couple days of no meat or dairy I've discovered that a plant based diet may be the right route for me.
